  2. Asking a local farmer who said he would rent land at
    • Pasture – $50 / Acre
    • Row Crop – $130 / Acre
  3. At a Maysville Rotary meeting, the person organizing Chestnut trees in the area said the lease rate was $150 to $250 / acre.
  4. Local Farmers have optioned solar land for $750 / acre, while others have optioned for $1000 / acre/.

Using Kentucky’s standard 7% Capital rate yields this math
